Job Description

TELECALLER – PG BUSINESS

Responsibilities:

  • Call and follow up with PG enquiries and leads.
  • Explain PG properties, rent, deposit, facilities and rules.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable rooms.
  • Schedule property visits and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Follow up with interested customers until booking.
  • Maintain daily lead and follow-up records.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Hindi/English; Marathi preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Positive attitude and good convincing skills.
  • Previous telecalling/sales experience preferred.
