Job Description: Inbound Sales Executive – Used Car PartsJob Summary:
Responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms for used car spare parts. Identify customer requirements, verify part availability and compatibility, share quotations, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries.
- Identify the correct spare parts based on vehicle details.
- Check stock availability, pricing, and part condition.
- Share quotations and follow up with potential customers.
- Convert inquiries into sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Coordinate with inventory, billing, and dispatch teams.
- Maintain customer records and daily sales reports.
Required Skills: Good communication, customer handling, negotiation, follow-up, and sales conversion skills. Knowledge of automobile spare parts is preferred.
