Job Description

Position: Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers and explain pest control services offered by the company.
  • Generate leads, handle customer enquiries, and convert enquiries into bookings.
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers regarding service requirements.
  • Maintain proper records of customer calls, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the field/service team for scheduling customer visits.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling and booking targets.
