Job Description

We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our growing loan distribution team. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers, generating personal loan leads, understanding customer requirements, and converting them into successful loan applications.


Key Responsibilities

  • Call customers from provided leads and databases.
  • Explain Personal Loan products and offers.
  • Understand customer eligibility and loan requirements.
  • Generate quality leads and schedule follow-ups.
  • Collect basic customer documents and information.
  • Coordinate with the sales and credit team for loan processing.
  • Maintain daily call records and CRM updates.
  • Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Build strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
