Job Description
A Tender Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of preparing and submitting tenders/bids for a company.
- Typical responsibilitiesSearch for and identify relevant government/private tenders.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, and deadlines.
- Prepare technical and commercial bid documents.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, legal, technical, and operations teams.
- Collect required certificates, quotations, registrations, and supporting documents.
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and pricing information.
- Submit bids through e-tendering portals.
- Track tender status, clarifications, negotiations, and results.
- Maintain records of submitted and upcoming tenders.
- Ensure compliance with tender terms and submission deadlines.
