Job Description
The Junior Training Coordinator keeps every batch running smoothly — from first enquiry to certificate. The role handles scheduling, learner communication, classroom and online session logistics, records and follow-ups, freeing the Training Coordinator to focus on growth, quality and sales.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to course enquiries by phone, email and WhatsApp within the same working day
- Share course brochures, fees and batch dates; follow up with interested leads
- Process registrations, collect enrolment forms and track fee payments with Accounts
- Maintain the enquiry and enrolment database accurately
- Prepare and issue course completion and certificates after approval
- Collect learner feedback after every batch and compile a summary for the Training Coordinator
- Handle any other training-related tasks assigned by the Training Coordinator or management
