• Job ResponsibilitiesEdit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and other social media content.
• Create videos based on trending topics, current social media trends, and business requirements.
• Add captions, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, music, and other visual elements.
• Develop creative video concepts and suggest new content ideas to grow the company's social media presence.
• Understand content requirements and convert scripts into engaging videos.
• Collaborate with the team on video scripts, hooks, storytelling, and promotional campaigns.
• Create promotional videos for courses, products, and the SkillsPehle brand.
• Maintain video quality and meet deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest editing techniques, viral trends, and social media formats.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, VN, or similar software.
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends.
• Creativity and the ability to develop engaging video concepts.
• Basic knowledge of storytelling, video hooks, captions, and audience engagement.
• Ability to follow instructions while also contributing original ideas.
• Good time management and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• A portfolio of edited videos or previous work.
• Experience creating promotional, educational, or social media videos.
• Basic content writing and scriptwriting skills.
• Knowledge of Canva or other graphic design tools is an advantage.
