Job Purpose

Grow digital net acquisition contribution to total cluster postpaid sales and Drive digital order fulfilment as per defined SOPs of first call & delivery TAT. This will be through dedicated partners

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

1. Drive digital order fulfilment as per defined SOPs of first call & delivery TAT via Vi retail stores                                                                                    2. Develop & launch immersive digital experience initiatives, at Vi Stores so as to make them a destination of choice for telecom

 

1. Achieve acquisition net of churn  as per DB for all segment through Retail – Digital, Enterprise (SOHO/ SME), IOIP through large accounts.                                                                                                                      2. Enterprise tie ups for desking thru CSPs & Local activations at HNI catchments for quality Postpaid acquisitions. 

 

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

5-6 years Telecom Experience, COLLABORATION, CURIOSITY, CUSTOMER ORIENTATION,

GETS RESULT, LEADING CHANGE & LEARNING AGILITY

Must have technical / professional qualifications

MBA From T2 Collages
