The service combines technical claim assessment, supplier negotiations, warranty agreement management, analytics, and recovery operations to minimize warranty spend and improve supplier Rec. • Supplier Warranty Recovery (SWR) is a business process designed to recover warranty-related costs from suppliers when a supplied component is determined to be responsible for a product failure during the warranty period. What are we looking for? • We are looking for professionals with experience in warranty claim management, supplier recovery, technical failure analysis, supplier negotiations, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should be capable of assessing warranty claims, determining supplier liability, interpreting warranty agreements, conducting root cause analysis, managing supplier interactions, handling appeals and part returns, and utilizing tools such as SAP, Excel, Qlik Sense, and Supplier Portals.
