Summary:
As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and its alignment with technological solutions. The professional spends time identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning future improvements or solutions that can enhance business performance. Gathering and synthesizing relevant information from various sources is a key part of the daily routine, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning to support organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Support the development and implementation of business strategies by providing detailed analysis and insights.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of business processes and analytical techniques.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis, Data Analysis & Interpretation, Scrum.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Data Analysis & Interpretation, Scrum.
- Strong capability in eliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements to ensure clarity and completeness.
- Ability to map and model business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication to bridge gaps between business and technology teams.
- Skilled in conducting gap analysis and impact assessments to support decision-making and solution design.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at client onsite locations within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
