Collaborates with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help them refine processes over time.

Summary:
As a Business Process Designer, a typical day involves thoroughly analyzing current workflows to identify areas where improvements can be made. This role requires working closely with various business users to gather detailed requirements and understand their needs. The position focuses on developing and refining processes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. Continuous monitoring and feedback mechanisms are designed and implemented to ensure that processes evolve and improve over time, fostering a dynamic and responsive operational environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process bottlenecks and recommend actionable improvements.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling and workflow design.
- Experience in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex processes and identify inefficiencies.
- Skilled in designing continuous monitoring frameworks to track process performance.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
- This position is based at our M2B - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
