Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align project goals and optimize resource utilization.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software applications within cloud platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various enterprise systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
