Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to input, update, and maintain accurate data in our systems. The ideal candidate has strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesEnter and update data in databases and systems accurately and efficiently
  • Review data for errors or missing information and correct inconsistencies
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Organize and maintain files and records
  • Generate reports and perform basic data analysis when required
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents
  • Respond to data-related inquiries from team members
