This is a leadership role as product manager leading team of product owners across platform and engineering , ideal for someone who has evolved from a technical or engineering background into product/platform leadership, or who has spent a career building and scaling data platforms in complex, regulated environments. The successful candidate will have deep credibility with both engineering teams and senior business stakeholders, a track record of building platforms and the organizational maturity to navigate competing priorities across multiple lines of business.

Key Responsibilities of the Role

  • Own the multi-year vision and strategy for the Data Lakehouse, positioning it as foundational infrastructure for the enterprise's data and AI ambitions
  • Present platform strategy, investment needs, and progress directly to senior leadership and executive stakeholders, securing sustained funding and organizational buy-in
  • Own the full business case and ROI narrative for platform investment, including build-vs-buy decisions and multi-year cost/benefit tradeoffs
  • Anticipate industry and technology shifts (cloud data platform evolution, AI/ML convergence with data infrastructure, emerging AWS capabilities) and translate them into forward-looking roadmap decisions
  • Represent the platform in enterprise architecture governance forums, ensuring alignment with broader technology strategy
  • Serve as the senior-most point of accountability between the platform organization and business/data consumer stakeholders across all lines of business

  • Build strong partnerships with enterprise data governance, security, risk, and compliance functions to ensure the platform meets regulatory and audit expectations
