Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement/Supply Chain Engineer to manage purchase order processing, maintain accurate procurement records, and support the Supply Chain team in day-to-day coordination activities with warehousing and other coordination activities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with ERP systems and reporting tools to ensure smooth, timely, and transparent purchase operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end purchase order processing, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely execution
• Update internal databases on a weekly basis with order details such as dates, vendors, and quantities
• Prepare monthly and weekly reports covering purchase orders, inward shipments, and delivery delays
• Support the Supply Chain Manager with coordination and other procurement-related activities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, pricing, and related procurement data
• Update and maintain data in AX, including factory prices, MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity), and lead times

 

Key Skills & Competencies

• Working knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Procurement processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with AX/SAP or any other ERP system
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite — Advanced Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power BI knowledge would be ideal

Qualification & Experience

• MBA in Supply Chain Management preferred; Engineering graduates or any graduate also considered
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Purchase or Supply Chain functions
