Roles and Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities

• Consultant Marketing: Proactively market available IT Candidates to direct clients, (Companies).
• Requirement Sourcing: Daily scanning of job portals, vendor emails, and VMS (Vendor Management Systems) to find open requirements matching the Candidate’s skill sets.
• Resume Tailoring: Format and customize consultant resume to align perfectly with specific client job descriptions while retaining accuracy.
• Rate Negotiation: Negotiate profitable hourly rates/salary packages with vendors where Applicable.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule technical rounds, prepare candidates, gather client feedback, and facilitate the hiring process from submittal to onboarding.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with bench Candidates, Account Managers, and vendor contacts for future business opportunities.
• Pipeline Tracking: Maintain detailed trackers (via ATS, CRM, or Excel) of daily submissions, interview stages, and Candidate availability.

Key Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 0 to 3+ years of experience in US IT Staffing or Bench Sales.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to negotiate and build professional networks.

Desired Candidate profile:

·        Work Hours: Night Shift (IST)-6:00PM/6:30PM to 3:30AM/4:00AM, 5 days/week (Mon to Fri).
