Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Analyst to support project governance, reporting, and management activities within the Banking domain. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in advanced MS Excel, MIS reporting, data analysis, project tracking, and stakeholder coordination, along with a good understanding of banking operations and projects.Key Responsibilities:• Prepare and maintain project dashboards, MIS reports, status reports, and management presentations.• Perform advanced Excel-based data analysis, reporting, and tracking of project metrics and KPIs.• Develop and manage trackers for project schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.• Consolidate project updates from multiple stakeholders and provide timely reports to leadership.• Monitor project progress against timelines, budget, and predefined milestones.• Support governance meetings by preparing agendas, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and action trackers.• Ensure compliance with project management processes, standards, and documentation requirements.• Coordinate with business, technology, vendors, and operations teams for project execution.• Generate insightful reports using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros, and dashboards.• Assist in resource planning, capacity tracking, and project financial reporting.Job role
