Job Description
- Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to leads (suspects and prospects) to explain and pitch various loan products (e.g., Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, etc.).
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Follow up on existing leads and generate new interest to convert prospects into successful loan applications.
- Customer Guidance: Clearly explain loan features, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and the application process to customers.
- Needs Assessment: Ask probing questions to understand the customer's financial needs, assess their eligibility, and recommend the most suitable loan product.
- Documentation Support: Assist customers in completing the initial application and ensuring all necessary documentation is gathered and accurate.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead conversions, and loan disbursals.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with proficiency in the required language(s) and strong listening abilities.
