- Responsible for designing and executing comprehensive consumer and market research strategies to support new product development and marketing initiatives. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and business units to identify key problem statements. - Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research using primary and secondary data sources. - Engage with existing and potential customers to understand their needs, behaviors, and preferences. - Perform competitor analysis to benchmark product offerings and features. - Translate consumer insights into actionable strategies to drive product innovation and marketing tactics. - Present research findings effectively to influence business decisions and product direction. - Requires strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills along with experience in FMCG, consumer technology, or client-side environments.Job role
