What would you do? • Leads day-to-day creative direction and review across copy, design, interactive, motion, video, and commerce deliverables. Converts approved briefs and brand systems into clear execution guidance for multidisciplinary teams. • Relevant years in creative roles with several years leading integrated teams and client-facing reviews in an agency, studio, or production environment. • Creative direction; review feedback; approved concepts and adaptations; presentation narratives; creative QA decisions; team development plans.

Roles and Responsibilities: • "• Interpret briefs and define the creative approach within approved strategy and brand guardrails • Direct paired and multidisciplinary teams through concept, adaptation, and production • Review work at agreed checkpoints and provide specific, actionable feedback • Ensure visual and verbal ideas work together across channel-specific executions • Present work and rationale to client and internal stakeholders • Partner with producers to plan reviews, resolve feasibility issues, and protect deadlines • Coach Art Directors, Copywriters, Designers, and senior specialists" • Integrated portfolio showing concept development, adaptation, digital design, commerce, and evidence of personally directing teams from brief through final delivery.
