Job Summary
Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience specializing in Oracle Cloud HCM Data Loader within the Oracle Cloud HCM Technical skill cluster
Job Description
Design develop and maintain data load processes using Oracle Cloud HCM Data Loader HDL Perform data extraction conversion and mass updates to support HR and payroll functions Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Support integration of Oracle Cloud HCM with thirdparty systems and payroll vendors Ensure data integrity security and compliance with Oracle best practices and rolebased access controls Develop and maintain technical documentation including design documents data load specifications and deployment guides Assist in system upgrades patches and enhancements related to Oracle Cloud HCM Data Loader Stay updated with Oracle Cloud HCM technical updates and HDL features
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and execute data load activities using Oracle Cloud HCM Data Loader ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Analyze and troubleshoot data load errors and performance issues
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust data loading solutions
Support system testing phases including unit testing system integration testing SIT and user acceptance testing UAT
Coordinate with client stakeholders and thirdparty vendors as a technical point of contact
Maintain adherence to Oracle security standards and data privacy policies during data load operations
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on HDL best practices
Continuously improve data load workflows to optimize efficiency and maintainability
