Business Analyst Lead for Core Nx (Loan Management System for Retail Loans)

• Co-ordinate and collaborate with business to understand the requirement

• Provide system solutions for business requirement

• Identify opportunity for new system solutions

• Analyse & understand the requirement in detail and conduct impact analysis

• Ensure detailed documentation of Requirement Specification is completed and change management process is followed

• Provide detailed understanding to IT team, Technical team and Testing team

• Coordinate with IT for User Story review and sign off and provide/add inputs to ensure impact analysis is covered.

• Coordinate with Tech team lead & Test team lead to review FSD and provide inputs
• Coordinate with test team lead and review all test scenarios 

• Responsible of change request tracking and monitoring with project management tools like Gantt chart

• To share dashboard and MIS of all change request with expected v/s actual delivery timelines

• Thorough analysis of system issues faced post implementation and provide resolution

• Coordinating with different teams to understand and resolve the issues

• Coordinate with business teams post implementation for process roll outs and control management

• Map expected v/s actual benefit of changes post implementation

  Skills Required:

• Good knowledge on Retail Loans (Personal, Home, Tractor, Consumer Durables, and Construction Vehicle Loans etc.)

• Knowledge of emerging Industry practices on above mentioned areas

• Ability to implement and execute structured change management process

• Strong planning and organizing skills

• Strong attention to details and problem solving abilities

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Highly motivated and action-oriented

• Knowledge of SQL

• Should be good in Ms Office and PPTs
