Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operations for Equity, Debt, Mutual Funds, IPO, Demat, Corporate Actions, and Custody-related processes.
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity enhancement, and process transformation initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements prescribed by SEBI, Exchanges, Depositories, and internal compliance guidelines.
• Monitor transaction processing, settlements, reconciliations, exception management, and risk controls.
• Lead process reviews, audits, compliance assessments, and closure of audit observations.
• Manage operational risks through strong governance, controls, and escalation mechanisms.
• Collaborate with Business, Technology, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and external stakeholders for process enhancements.
• Drive automation, digitization, and straight-through-processing (STP) initiatives.
• Monitor service levels, MIS reporting, productivity metrics, and operational KPIs.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a large operations team while driving employee engagement and performance management.
• Support strategic projects, new product launches, and regulatory changes impacting operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Banking, or related discipline.
• 10-15 years of experience in Capital Market Operations with strong exposure to settlements, clearing, custody, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting.
• Proven leadership experience managing large teams and multiple processes.
• Strong understanding of NSE, BSE, NSDL, CDSL, SEBI regulations, and capital market products.
• Experience in process automation, transformation, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and people management skills.
