Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day operational activities within Operations 360.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, internal controls, compliance requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Drive quality control reviews and monitoring of critical operational processes.
• Analyze operational metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.
• Monitor productivity, TATs, service delivery standards, and operational KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, business teams, risk, compliance, audit, and technology teams for issue resolution.
• Conduct root cause analysis for operational incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Ensure timely closure of audit observations and compliance-related requirements.
• Develop and mentor team members through regular performance management and coaching.
• Prepare and present MIS, dashboards, and management reports.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of banking operations and operational risk management.
• Experience in quality assurance, process control, and operational governance.
• Good knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to banking operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in process improvement methodologies and automation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage teams and drive performance in a dynamic environment.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and operational MIS reporting.
