The Operations Support Services role within Kotak Private Banking-Product Manager department is responsible for maintaining high‑quality operational processes that underpin the bank's premium products. You will collaborate with product managers, technology teams, and external partners to ensure service reliability, regulatory adherence, and continuous improvement of operational workflows.

• Monitor and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) for private banking operations.
• Coordinate daily activities between product managers, technology, and support teams.
• Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Develop, update, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure compliance with RBI and internal regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present operational performance reports to senior management.
• Identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage relationships with third‑party vendors and service providers.
• Support training and onboarding of new operational staff.
• Conduct periodic audits to verify adherence to policies and controls.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking operations or support services.
• Strong understanding of private banking products and regulatory environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and banking operation tools.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma).
• Knowledge of risk management and compliance frameworks.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering high‑quality service.
