People & Culture - TA & Business Partnering

1. Talent Acquisition - Manage full cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding), Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications, use job portals, social media, referrals and campus drives to attract talent.
2. Candidate Management - Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, assess candidate's skills, cultural fit and potential for growth, Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements.
3. Employer Branding - Promote company as an employer of choice through effective communication and engagement strategies.
4. Process Improvement - Streamline recruitment processes and HR tools, Track recruitment metrics and suggest improvements.
5. Compliance & Documentation - Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies during hiring, Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate's databases.
6. Statutory Compliance: Manage and ensure end-to-end statutory compliance related to employee lifecycle, including registrations, filings, audits, and regulatory reporting. Sharing all required data with HO weekly basis. 
7. Payroll Compliance: Prepare and monitor reports and HRMS data for monthly payroll inputs to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
8. Other duties & responsibilities assigned from reporting manager from time to time.
