Product Lead - Emerging Market - Housing - Product - Mumbai - Vikhroli - MM

   Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a robust product strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives. Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify opportunities to enhance existing products or introduce new ones.
• Ensure cost efficiency across verticals and drive channel contest to increase business.
• Anchor channel management and ensure queries shoul be resolve within time line.
• Identify and manage strategic relationships with potential channel partners. 
• Work on automation of channel empanellment 
• Propose product pricing, channel payout policies, sales incentive policy while ensuring timely processing of payouts and incentives 
• Identify and develop new, large-scale opportunities for lead generation with focus on lead generation through non traditional means i.e. referrals, pre-approved offers, hoardings etc.
• Idenify & drive HL Priority Sector Lending
• Drive Home Loan, Affordable , LAP etc business along with business stake holders to increase productivity.
• Ensure to maintain productivity of branches & employee for incentive calculation
• Drive channel contest to increase business.
• Ensure legal agreements should be prepared 
• Encsure for timely credit approval 
• Develop and gathered market intellegence & bench marking product & policies.
• Managing governance – performing quaterly audits of product & policies. .
• Identify the product gap, conduct research on the product idea, test the viability of the product, develop the infrastructure required to launch the product, get internal approvals to launch the productand file the product with regulatory authorities
• Proactive development of marketing and promotional mix to meet brand objectives and customer needs including designing and conducting sales contests and running marketing campaigns 
• Ensure to maintain productivity of Emerging market branches.
• Implementation of process & policy for Emerging market.
• Keep abreast of current market trends by conducting market research so as to design and introduce new products relevant to the market needs.
