Product Manager-TRANSACTION BANKING-GTS Trade
Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, implement platform enhancements, and support strategic initiatives. Leverage transaction banking expertise, stakeholder management, and data-driven insights to deliver business growth and superior customer outcomes.
Drive acquisition and growth of SME clients though the EwayGO platform across identified target segment.
Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to enhance platform adoption and increase transaction volumes.
Identify new business opportunities and support the development and implementation of innovative use cases and platform enhancements.
Track key performance metrics and collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Sales teams to achieve business growth and revenue objectives
3-5 years of experience in SME Banking, Transaction Banking, Cash Management Sales, Digital banking, Business Development or Relationship Management.
Exposure to customer acquisition, platform led business growth and business growth & cross functional project coordination would be an added advantage.
Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering business outcomes. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of transaction banking, payment solutions, collections, and related banking products.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and identify business growth opportunities.
