As a Content Marketing & Web Content Optimization Professional within our Content Marketing team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.

Job Responsibilities

• Create end-to-end product launch materials by partnering with subject matter experts to develop pitchbooks, solution sheets, and email copy.
• Build and maintain product webpages on the client website by drafting audience-specific copy and structuring pages for clarity.
• Optimize webpages for SEO/GEO by applying best practices to improve findability and performance.
• Partner with design/UX and technology teams to publish webpage updates and enhancements.
• Refresh and optimize existing product collateral to reflect product changes and positioning updates.
• Incorporate regulatory/compliance feedback and evolving business priorities into refreshed content and collateral.
• Coordinate global reviews and approvals, including legal/compliance, to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and on-time delivery.
• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously using strong prioritization and project management to support launches and BAU updates.
• Maintain content quality and brand standards through attention to detail, version control, style guidelines, and accessibility considerations.
• Support content optimization efforts by partnering with analytics and channel owners to understand performance and recommend improvements.
• Build trusted relationships with onshore and global partners through clear communication, proactive updates, early risk flagging, and solutioning.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Minimum 7 years of experience in content or product marketing within financial services.
• Polished communication skills with global partners.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with ability to translate complex product details into clear, client-friendly language.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines with strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship management skills, including comfort engaging with global stakeholders across time zones.
• Proficiency in core productivity tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and comfort working within structured review/approval processes.
• Hands-on experience with web content publishing and content operations tools.
• Experience with workflow/project management tools (Workfront, Monday.com),analytics/optimization tools (Adobe Analytics) and SEO tools (SEMrush or similar)

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and on-page best practices for web content.
