Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Good to have skills : Performance Measurement Analysis and Improvement

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating cross-functional planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and ensure high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The day also includes defining and implementing key performance metrics to monitor testing activities, managing test execution, and facilitating defect resolution to maintain the overall quality of software products.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality objectives with project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and timely resolution of issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Performance Measurement Analysis and Improvement.
- Strong knowledge of designing and implementing testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Ability to analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement.
- Experience in managing test environments and coordinating test execution activities.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for monitoring application performance and reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
