Quant Analytics Analyst

You’ll join the Consumer & Community Banking - Data & Analytics team, a strategic partner to the Consumer & Community Banking organization using data and analytics to accelerate growth, improve campaign performance, and deliver actionable insights. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to enable informed, data-driven decisions and continuous improvement across the Data & Analytics team.

As a Quantitative Analytics Analyst within the Consumer & Community Banking - Data & Analytics organization, you will leverage your analytical expertise to guide strategic decisions, ongoing reporting, and deep-dive analyses that address emerging business challenges. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to define goals and develop strategies that drive product performance and enhance user experience. You leverage advanced analytics to inform product development and investment decisions.

 

Job responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive analyses to generate actionable insights and recommendations, using data-driven storytelling to demonstrate value and influence product roadmap initiatives.
• Build applications and utilities that call LLM APIs to support analytics workflows
• Support reporting that communicates product performance, and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional PXT teams, including Product, Design, and Engineering, to inform product development.
• Serve as an analytics subject-matter expert by formulating problem statements, sizing opportunities, and defining success metrics.
• Identify business problems and opportunities where AI/LLM-based solutions can create value; design and develop solutions that improve decision-making, enhance customer experiences, and drive measurable business outcomes.

 

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, or engineering with 2+ years of experience
• Familiarity with modern analytics platforms and data visualization tools, including SQL, Alteryx and Tableau.
• Experience in building Conversational AI applications and in orchestrating AI/ML services for building a complete solution
• Curiosity and demonstrated initiative in learning and applying AI/LLM technologies to business problems and projects.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of analytics platforms, technical processes, and data workflows within a technical discipline.
• Strong skills in designing, developing, and operationalizing data products.

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Experience in Machine Learning, NLP, and LLM.
• Experience working with Digital platform and tools like Adobe Analytics is a plus
