Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Experience Range: 11 to 15 Years
• Manage royalty calculation, validation, reporting, and payment processes.
• Ensure processing is completed accurately and within agreed SLAs/TATs.
• Review royalty statements, contracts, and supporting data to identify discrepancies.
• Lead and manage the operations team, including workload allocation, performance, and development.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and exceptions.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and quality initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs, SLA performance, quality, productivity, and operational risks.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, contracts, and internal controls.
• Prepare and present regular operational and performance reports to stakeholders.
• Manage escalations and support audits as required.

Qualifications

B Com/Mcom/MBA or Finance related field
