Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in CX Oracle CPQ Cloud to lead and implement CPQ solutions that enhance customer experience and business efficiency
Job Description
Design implement and optimize Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions to meet business requirements Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze detailed business and technical requirements related to CPQ Develop highlevel design documents configuration models pricing rules and approval workflows Utilize BML scripting for customization and automation within Oracle CPQ Cloud Ensure seamless integration of Oracle CPQ Cloud with Salesforce and other relevant systems Maintain uptodate knowledge of Oracle CPQ Cloud features best practices and industry trends Support testing deployment and postimplementation activities to ensure solution quality and performance Provide technical guidance and support to crossfunctional teams and endusers to maximize CPQ adoption and effectiveness Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead endtoend CPQ implementation enhancement and support initiatives Conduct workshops and meetings with business and technical teams to elicit and validate requirements Translate business needs into clear actionable user stories functional specifications and configuration designs Perform code reviews root cause analysis and ensure adherence to Oracle recommended best practices Manage change requests and maintain traceability throughout the project lifecycle Drive continuous improvement by analyzing usage data and user feedback Collaborate closely with developers testers and integration teams to validate solution designs and test cases Act as a clientfacing liaison to communicate project status challenges and solutions effectively Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization Ensure timely delivery of highquality CPQ solutions that align with business objectives and customer satisfaction
