The Commercial Banking business caters to customers of Bharat, and plays a pivotal role in meeting substantial portion of the priority sector lending obligations of Bank. It offers a range of products for agriculture (Agri) and Tractor Finance, purchase and operations of commercial vehicles and construction equipment, rural housing finance and gold loans. Further, Agri Business Group (ABG), a division within the business, caters specifically to the needs of customers in Agriculture related activities like cultivation, manufacturing, processing and trading segment catering to financials needs of individuals and small & medium enterprises in this segment. Economic environment of urban, semi-urban and rural areas and weather conditions of India influences the business’ operations and performance.’ 

 

   Job Role :     

 

• Monitor ECLGS portfolio for compliance with RBI/NCGTC and internal Bank guidelines.
• Track account performance, delinquency trends, SMA status, and early warning signals.
• Validate and reconcile ECLGS data submitted by business units and operations teams.
• Prepare and publish periodic MIS, dashboards, and portfolio status reports.
• Coordinate with Business, Operations, Credit, Collection, and Compliance teams for issue resolution.
• Support guarantee claim lodgment, claim tracking, and related reconciliation activities.
• Handle data requirements for audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
• Conduct portfolio analytics and identify risk trends for management reporting.
• Ensure timely closure of monitoring exceptions and action items.
• Assist in process improvement and automation initiatives within ECLGS monitoring activities.
• Any other activity related to monitoring function

 

 

  Job Requirements: 

 

• 2-3 years’ experience in Credit or Credit Monitoring. 
• Ability to multi task, develop rapport with different functionaries like Relationship Managers, Operations, Internal Audit and Credit team.
• Ensuring proper TAT & delivery of all the reports through teams. 
• Ensure timely query resolutions.
• Ability to identify opportunities of improvement in process and suggest changes to solve issues
• Experience in MSME/Business Banking portfolios preferred.
• Exposure to ECLGS scheme operations and monitoring activities will be an added advantage.
