Team Member - MIS-Business Loans-MIS - KMBL

KRA :

1. Create and publish Business MIS dashboards on daily frequency via Excel
2. Attend to queries related to digital offer reloads received from Sales Team
3. Attend to and resolve digital technical issues received from Sales Team
4. Assign cases via internal portal to Operations team, liaise with Credit and Operations Team to ensure smooth disbursements
5. Monitor existing products with a data led keen analytical view
6. Liaise with cross functional teams (Sales / Credit / Operations / RPC / BIU / Analytics) to ensure mandated TAT is adhered to
7. Data massaging and sharing data cuts to varied Sales Channels engaged in day-to-day Business
8. Other dynamic KRAs would be added subsequently as per Business Requirements

 

Profile Requirements :

1. Males candidates preferred as this role requires light travel to meet Sales Channels
2. Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in BFSI (Preferably but not limited to Digital Lending, DSA Pay-outs, MIS, etc.)
3. Self-motivated with an attention to detail, and self-starter
4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
5. Ability to work and deliver timeline based critical activities with significant level of accuracy
6. Willing to work from office 6 days / week (3rd, 4th, 5th Saturdays will be work-days)
7. Proficient with MS Excel, and all 3 languages (English, Marathi, Hindi) reading, writing, speaking
8. Local candidates are preferred
