Internal Job Posting (IJP) – Project Manager / IT Manager – Online/Digital Credit Cards

Department: Credit Card-Marketing HO
Location: Mumbai
Grade: M2 to M4

Reporting To: Outbound/Sales Head

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Credit Card business and technology projects.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and external partners.
• Track project progress and ensure timely closure of deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
• Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support implementation of new products, features, process improvements, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and project governance standards.

Skills Required

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency in project tracking tools such as Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, IT, Management, or related discipline.
• 3–8 years of experience in Project Management, IT Delivery, Business Analysis, or related roles.
• Banking, Credit Cards, Payments, or Financial Services experience preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or Agile certifications will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Credit Cards, Payments, Digital Banking, or Fintech domain.
• Vendor management and cross-functional project coordination.
