Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end testing activities for Wealth Management System applications.Prepare Test Strategy, Test Plan, estimates, execution schedules and resource plans.Lead and guide the testing team, including work allocation and progress tracking.Analyze BRD, FRD, user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.Review test scenarios and test cases to ensure adequate business and functional coverage.Manage SIT, Functional, Integration, End-to-End, Regression and UAT testing cycles.Coordinate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, Business Users and other stakeholders.Conduct daily defect reviews/triage and drive defects through closure.Track testing milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues.Prepare and communicate DSR/WSR, test execution metrics, defect metrics, test coverage and management dashboards.Maintain traceability between requirements and test cases.Ensure adherence to STLC, QA governance and testing processes.Coordinate test data and environment requirements.Support business users during UAT and facilitate testing sign-off.Identify opportunities for regression automation and continuous QA improvement.Wealth Management – Domain KnowledgeCandidate should have strong functional understanding of:=Customer/Investor onboardingClient profiling and investment objectivesRisk profiling and suitabilityInvestment portfolio creation and maintenancePortfolio holdings and valuationAsset allocationInvestment orders and transaction lifecycleMutual FundsBonds / Fixed IncomeEquitiesETFs and other investment productsBuy / Sell / Switch / Redemption transactionsCorporate actionsFees, charges and commissionsPortfolio performance and reportingWealth statements and investment reportsRelationship Manager / Investment Advisor workflowsIntegration with Core Banking and other downstream/upstream systemsReconciliation and financial-data validationJob role
