• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint) • knowledge on Life Insurance Projects • Exposure to Digital Platform testing Roles and Responsibilities (Daily tasks): • Documentation Of Life insurance processes & other necessary artefacts • Writing of Life insurance projects SIT/UAT test cases and execution • Co-ordination with external stake holders-IT & business Team as necessary & as instructed • Defect Resolution & Follow up on Actionable • Experience to work on Life Insurance applications • System integration testing, Functional Testing, User Acceptance Testing • Experience in managing and customization on Incident, Interaction, Problem, Change and Knowledge management • Ability to work well in a team with shiftJob role
