What would you do? • The Media and Graphics Analyst develops engaging visual and motion design digital learning solutions. You ll design graphics, illustrations, or motion elements that enhance training experiences, while learning industry standard tools and AI powered workflows. You will transform instructional content into visually rich learner experience across multiple digital formats. • Talent Development process • • In depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, • • Premiere Pro). • • Awareness of AI tools in graphic design industry (e.g., MS co-pilot, Adobe Firefly, Synthesia, Midjourney, Runway). • • Good knowledge of AI Prompting • • Clear understanding of WCAG guidelines and basic UX principles • • Strong communication and presentation skills. • • Strong collaboration skills
What are we looking for? • • 5 to 8 years of experience in graphic design Animations with, project ownership • • Understanding of L&D industry is a plus. • Reports to: • Media & Graphics Senior Analyst Lead • Org Level: • Individual contributor
Roles and Responsibilities: • Graphic Designer Role • • Develop high quality graphics, icons, and layouts for training programs. • • Design interactive infographics, visual storytelling, and illustrations. • • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG). • • Apply Graphic Design Principles for creating visual assets. • • Apply AI based design skills for faster asset generation. • Motion Graphics Designer Role • • Produce 2D animations, explainer videos, and transitions. • • Enhance video based learning with branded intros outros. • • Work with voiceover sync, text to speech, and AI powered video tools (Synthesia, Elevel lebs). • • Optimize file formats for LMS and mobile platforms.
