We’ll look to you for:
Ensuring employees operate in a safe and compliant environment, adhering to company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies
Managing physical material flows, including reception, storage, kitting, and shipping, to align with system processes
Guaranteeing material availability, integrity, and timely delivery to production lines
Overseeing ERP implementation and ensuring its correct usage by logistics operators
Monitoring and improving warehouse performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Leading continuous improvement initiatives and deploying Alstom Production System (APSYS) programs
Providing leadership to your team by setting objectives, coaching, and fostering professional growth
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve logistics issues and implement corrective actions

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Experience in a management position (minimum 2-3 years)

Problem-solving and strategic planning capabilities
Knowledge of logistics operations and inventory management
Agile, inclusive, and responsible mindset
Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations in logistics
Things you’ll enjoy Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:
Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from boring daily routines
Work with cutting-edge logistics and supply chain solutions
Collaborate with transverse teams and supportive colleagues
Contribute to innovative projects that make a real impact
Utilise our inclusive and forward-thinking working environment
Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries
Benefit from our investment in your development, through award-winning learning initiatives
Progress towards leadership roles in logistics and supply chain management
Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, pension)
You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step into one of our warehouses or onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
