Job Description
Job Summary:Responsible for generating and managing individual customer relationships with a focus on mortgage and retail loan products. The role involves sourcing new business, advising clients, ensuring proper documentation, and achieving sales targets while maintaining compliance and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and generate new mortgage and retail loan business.
- Promote home loans, balance transfers, and other asset products.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Guide customers through the loan application and documentation process.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing and disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- 0-1 years of experience in retail banking or mortgage sales.
