Job Description

Outbound & Inbound Calling: Place cold/warm calls to prospective leads and handle inbound customer inquiries promptly.

Lead Generation & Conversion: Explain product features, demonstrate value, handle objections, and successfully close sales.

Social Media & Customer Engagement: Monitor and respond to inquiries across social media accounts to convert interactions into sales opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain clear records of customer calls, feedback, and sales status in the CRM database.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product offerings (e.g., FMCG, services, or packages) to effectively answer customer queries.
