Job Summary: We are looking for energetic and motivated Freshers for a Field Sales role. The candidate will be responsible for visiting wholesale shops in the assigned area, promoting products, generating orders, and maintaining good relationships with shop owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit wholesale shops in the assigned area on a daily basis.
• Introduce and promote company products to shop owners.
• Generate new customers and develop existing customer relationships.
• Collect orders and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Explain product details, pricing, offers, and schemes to customers.
• Follow up with customers for repeat orders and payments.
• Skills RequiredGood communication and convincing skills.
• Interest in sales and customer handling.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

• Experience: Freshers are welcome.
• Gender: Male 
• Must be willing to travel within the respective assigned area.
• Candidates with prior wholesale, retail, FMCG, or field-sales exposure will be an added advantage.
