👤 ELIGIBILITYWe are looking for candidates who have:

✅ Minimum 12th Pass

✅ Basic English communication skills

✅ Basic knowledge of the hotel / hospitality industry

✅ Basic knowledge of coffee, beverages and café service

✅ Good grooming and personal hygiene

✅ Friendly and positive attitude

✅ Good communication and guest-handling skills

✅ Previous Barista / Café / Hotel experience will be an advantage

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages as per hotel standards

• Operate and maintain coffee machines and café equipment

• Take guest orders accurately and provide prompt service

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee counter and equipment

• Follow standard recipes, portion sizes and presentation standards

• Coordinate with the kitchen and F&B team

• Maintain proper stock of coffee, milk, syrups and other beverage ingredients

• Monitor wastage and report stock shortages

• Maintain proper billing and order procedures

• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally

• Ensure the café/coffee service area is clean and well-presented

• Follow all hotel SOPs, hygiene and safety standards
