Job Description
Bake Studio by Nandi’s is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Employee Attendance & Payroll Management
- Employee Onboarding & Exit Formalities
- Staff Training & Development
- Employee Discipline & Grievance Management
- Performance Management & Employee Retention
- Labour Law & Statutory Compliance
- HR Policies & SOP Implementation
- Managing HR Operations across Multiple Outlets and Central Kitchen
Requirements:
- MBA / Graduate in Human Resources
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience
- Experience in Retail, QSR, Hospitality or Food Manufacturing preferred
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of HR operations and labour compliance
