Job Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Sunday: Weekly Off
We are looking for energetic and motivated Tele Sales Executives to join our Loan Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining loan products, generating leads, following up with interested customers, and converting leads into successful loan disbursements.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers for Personal Loans, Business Loans, Loan Balance Transfers, Top-Up Loans, and Overdraft (OD) Limits.
- Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, repayment terms, and product benefits to customers.
- Generate and manage leads through calling data and CRM systems.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers to convert leads into business.
- Collect the required customer documents and coordinate with the processing team.
- Maintain accurate customer information, call updates, and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders, Sales Managers, and the loan processing team to ensure smooth case processing.
- Achieve daily calling targets, monthly sales targets, and loan disbursement targets.
- Maintain professional communication and build strong customer relationships.
- Follow company policies and ensure that customer information remains confidential.
