Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are a leading distributor and retailer of premium ceramic tiles, bathroom fittings, and sanitaryware based in Mysuru. We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to expand our B2B network, onboard new dealers, and build strong working relationships with local architects, interior designers, and civil contractors across the Mysuru region.

This is a 100% on-field role requiring daily local travel to visit construction sites, dealer showrooms, and architecture firms.

Key Responsibilities

·        Dealer & Retailer Network Expansion: Visit building material counters and hardware stores across Mysuru and surrounding sub-regions to pitch our product portfolio and secure new dealer accounts.

·        Architect & Contractor Engagement: Actively network with local interior designers, architects, and independent builders to get our tiles and sanitaryware brands specified in their upcoming residential and commercial projects.

·        Site Visits & B2B Pitching: Identify active residential and commercial construction sites in growth areas (such as Vijayanagar, J.P. Nagar, Bogadi, Hebbal, etc.) and present our product catalog directly to property owners and project managers.

·        Payment & Order Coordination: Ensure timely collection of payments from onboarded dealers and coordinate with the main showroom dispatch team for smooth delivery of orders.

·        Market Tracking: Keep track of competitor pricing, new design trends in ceramic/vitrified tiles, and submit basic daily visit reports via smartphone.

Required Qualifications and Skills

·        Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate (Any stream; Marketing/Business preferred).

·        Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in on-field sales. Experience in building materials, paints, hardware, cement, or sanitaryware is a massive advantage. Freshers with exceptional communication and a drive for field sales are also welcome to apply.

·        Language: Must be fluent in Kannada (essential for local dealer relationships) and possess working knowledge of English or Hindi.

·        Vehicle Requirement: Must own a functional two-wheeler and hold a valid permanent driving license for daily local field travel.

·        Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship management, and persistence.
