Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, field visits, and networking.
- Generate leads and acquire new customers for domestic and international travel packages.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, institutions, and individual customers.
- Promote travel packages, customized itineraries, and other company services.
- Follow up with prospective clients, share quotations, and support the conversion of leads into bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer service.
