Job Description
- Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive the Managing Director's car safely and professionally for official meetings, business visits, and other assigned duties.
- Operate the company's Mahindra transportation vehicle whenever required for employee transportation, material movement, and other official activities.
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of the Managing Director,
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper upkeep of all assigned vehicles.
- Conduct regular checks of fuel, engine oil, tyres, brakes, lights, and other essential vehicle components.
- Ensure that vehicle documents, including insurance, registration, pollution certificate, and driving licence, are valid and up to date.
- Follow traffic rules, maintain safe driving practices, and ensure passenger safety at all times.
- Coordinate with the Management regarding travel schedules, vehicle availability, and maintenance requirements.
- Maintain vehicle logbooks, trip details, fuel records, and other necessary documentation.
- Perform other driving-related duties as assigned by the Management.
- Qualifications & ExperienceSSLC / PUC preferred.
- Valid driving licence for the applicable vehicle categories.
- Minimum 3–5 years of driving experience.
- Experience driving both cars and Mahindra transportation vehicles is preferred.(Auto gear)
- Knowledge of Mysore, Bangalore, and surrounding routes.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
