Civil Engineer

Location: Virajpet, Coorg, Karnataka

Project: Resort Construction

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Civil Engineer to oversee and supervise the construction activities of our upcoming resort project at Virajpet, Coorg.

1. Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
2. Coordinate and manage contractors, subcontractors, vendors and labour teams.
3. Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
4. Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion of project activities.
5. Prepare daily work progress reports and update management on project status.
6. Check measurements, quantities, material requirements and maintain site records.
7. Ensure proper utilisation of construction materials and control material wastage.
8. Coordinate with architects, structural consultants and other technical teams.
9. Supervise civil works including foundations, RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, plumbing and finishing works.
10. Ensure adherence to safety standards and construction practices at the site.
11. Identify and resolve site-related technical issues and execution challenges.
12. Assist in planning work schedules, estimating quantities and monitoring project budgets.

• Eligibility & RequirementsDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil construction.
• Experience in resort, hotel, villa or residential construction projects will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings and site execution.
• Good coordination, communication and team management skills.
• Ability to independently handle site supervision and construction activities.
• Willingness to work and stay at the Virajpet project location.
